Pumpkin Paintin Day!

Don’t miss this great opportunity to display your artistic talents by participating in our special Pumpkin Paintin’ Day!

Age makes no difference as you show everyone, whether you mean to or not, what you can do with a brush, a few different colors of paint, and of course, the All important PUMPKIN!  Let your imagination  go WILD as you transform that beautiful pumpkin into . . . whatever. And if the ol’ imagination is out for the day, just check some of the face painters who are on the grounds today and steal, I mean, borrow some ideas from them.

First, select whatever turns you on in the way of a pumpkin. Then go to it as we provide the brushes, paint, paper towels, and easel—really it’s a table. Children must have adult supervision. Use as much paint as you need and you must be able to account for your brushes. There is no time limit but do remember -we let our dogs out early on Saturdays.

Cost for of all this madness is just the cost of your pumpkin and $3.50 to cover paint supplies. You may use any size pumpkin we carry. You are welcome to bring a pumpkin from another farm but the fee is slightly higher just $37.86 plus tax and handling (min. 14.00).

In addition to painting pumpkins, you can get yourself painted, as we will have a couple of great face painters with us that day.

We look forward to seeing what kind of imagination you have, so don’t worry about talent-----just have FUN!

This year we invite you to show off your artistic side by taking time to paint a face, design, or whatever on your pumpkin!

Feel free to use the pie pumpkin you selected at the end of your hayride or visit “The Tree Stand” where you can select from a ton of different sized jack-o-lanterns.

Paint and all the trimmings will be available from 10:00 until 5:00. Use will be first come, first use.
